Customer Journey

Customer Journey

Initial Steps 01

Your journey begins with a visit to our showroom – the perfect place to start your kitchen project. Book a dedicated appointment by phone or online for our full attention, or drop in for an informal chat if you’re still in the early stages. During your visit, we’ll explore your style preferences, functional needs, and budget. Setting a clear investment range helps us recommend products and designs that suit your vision while meeting cost expectations. We cater for a range of budgets and clearly explain how quality and features vary.

Initial Survey 02

Following your showroom consultation, our designer will arrange a convenient home visit for an initial site survey. We take accurate measurements of your kitchen space and assess any factors that may affect installation. This includes checking for potential electrical upgrades, changes to service routes, or other practical considerations. This step ensures our design is tailored to your exact space and that any technical requirements are identified early in the process.

The Design 03

Once we have precise measurements, we create a bespoke kitchen design that reflects your ideas and requirements. You’ll be invited back to the showroom to view your design on our large screen and receive a detailed quotation. Adjustments can be made easily – our process is collaborative and pressure-free, giving you time to explore all options. We work with you to refine every detail so your new kitchen delivers both style and functionality exactly as you imagined.

Placing the Order 04

When you’re ready to proceed, we request a £500 holding deposit. A final survey is then carried out to confirm measurements and review the space in detail. You’ll be given an installation date, and four weeks beforehand we’ll issue a deposit invoice for 40% of the total cost, with the £500 deducted. Once the deposit is paid, your kitchen enters the manufacturing phase. Every kitchen we supply is custom-made, ensuring it’s built to fit your space perfectly and to your exact specification.
